Aperio Team Leadership Program is created to consolidate and bring to the next level of performance in leadership the organizations, individuals and teams.

The unproductive approaches of being or acting in a team may look justified, even legitimate. At first, we will learn there is a certain reward, some benefits and / or advantages that support and maintain this behavior.

Preconceptions and notions coming from the past create filters that generate an automatic behavior in a team. In this program, we reveal these filters and their deep influence in our relationships with other members of the team, with the team itself, with our colleagues and eventually with our performance and results.

Revealing the filters and the limits they bring allows us to regain and raise our vitality, the affinity with other team mates and colleagues, the self expression and the feeling of fulfillment at our workplace.

Aperio program offers a new communication model. This will stimulate productivity and the way we are and act, based on understanding and responsibility, not on automated reactions. We will discover what makes a team work like a team.

Participants will have instant access to new perspectives about leadership and team work; they will receive the new instruments of communication and will create a common language. These will enable a breakthrough in the relationships at work, in performance and results.

Description

Duration: 3 days

The program can be public (for more companies) or implemented for a single company.

Maximum number of participants: 30. For the public program, there can be 3 executives at most from the same company.  

Aperio Team Leadership Program can be combined with the individual services of executive coaching or team coaching.
