Aperio Program for Excellence in Leadership targets the executives, entrepreneurs and business owners and offers immediate access to new levels of performance and unprecedented results.

The program is made for:

  • leading executives with proven track of success, who deal with changes at individual and organizational level;
  • newly promoted executives with higher responsibility

During the 4 months of the program, in a rigorous frame, with workshops, executive coaching (individual training) and team coaching, the executives create a new context for personal efficiency, leadership, communication and team work.

Each workshop includes lecture, research and Socratic dialogue, practical applications, group work and homework between sessions.

The participants get access to new tools in communication and new practices they can use on a permanent basis, to produce breakthrough results.

The executives have access to new perspectives and structures, relevant for the daily activity in the corporation and immediately applicable in the following fields:
