Aperio Program for Shareholders brings a new perspective to owners and shareholders, to maximize the value of their business in time.

After a successful launch of the business, or the acquisition of a part or the entire business, they get involved in the daily activity. They become managers as well, equally working with employees and executives that are not holders.

In this role, as a holder, shareholder or entrepreneur, the way we approach the management and the employees is filtered in many cases by our values and / or those of the people we work with, by our notions and preconceptions based on our past.

In this program, we reveal these filters and their deep influence in our relationships with the shareholders, managers, employees and even ourselves. Being aware of the filters and of the limits they cause, it allows us to create a solid foundation for our business to develop. There is a new perspective of being a holder that profoundly changes the future and the value of our business.

Description

This program can be public or it can be implemented within a single company. In the public program, the participants will represent companies that are not in direct competition.

Duration: 3 days.
