Dan Mocanu integrates in his coaching activity his academic expertise and his management and corporation consulting experience. 

Founder of the Aperio brand, Dan has benefited from more than 500 accredited training hours in leadership, communication and personal efficiency at IACET (International Association for Continuing Education and Training) in the United States. He has over 180 accredited training hours in coaching at International Coaching Federation and he is Associate Certified Coach of ICF. Dan is a Blue Ocean Strategy practitioner.  He is the promoter, in Romania, of a new Aperio® performance model.

Starting with 2004, Dan has implemented the Aperio® Executive Coaching system together with the management of almost 70 local and multinational companies.  

He is a graduate of the University of Physics from Bucharest and attended post-graduate studies in the USA, at Case Western Reserve University from Cleveland, Ohio.

During the 17 years spent in the United States, Dan was an engineer and manager at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Washington. As a lecturer at colleges from Seattle, Washington, he put up the curriculum for the first years of the university, in physics and mathematics.
