Context, instead of content

Aperio puts behind a model based on content and opens the path to the one based on context. For unprecedented results, each person already has all that is necessary. This way, he or she considers the context of the actions and results as a starting point.

„To be” generates „To do”

Aperio starts from the premise that „to do” is the natural consequence of „to be”, the latter being the vector of all the actions. The transformation at the level of „to be” has a great influence over the actions and results.

„Immediate” instead of „long lasting”

The Aperio model determines almost instantly the „old” condition. The members of the team understand the individual barriers between them and create a new context to interact.

Conscience or riding a bike

The Aperio model offers the executives access to a new model of knowledge based on experiences. These turn into „to be”. Without turning the implementation into a function of memory, the process becomes similar to riding a bike. Once learnt, it never disappears.

Leadership, between „to be” and „to behave”

The ability to lead is a function of communication. The Aperio model offers access to the model of conversation for leadership and removes the barrier against expressing the leading ability. The leader will be a true one, not just act like one.

Communication releases the action

The obstacles to actions perpetuate through language. On the perspective level of what it has to be achieved, the Aperio model gives access to the change of circumstances and the removal of the individual barriers.

Aperio creates the coaching plans starting from the aimed results. They are directly connected to the training process and the Aperio model states and set the ROI from the beginning.

The content alone is not sufficient without a proper communication of it. The Aperio moderator has superior communication skills and is also a training expert.

The results are the amount of all the individual actions.
